I’m Glad I Got Off My Ass This Morning And…

..jumped on the bike early.

Had a great 20 mile ride (a bit windy) with an 18+ mph average. SWEET.

Dark clouds and rain came in at 1PM.

Di and just had a sweet 20 mile ride out to the velodrome and back. 17.4 mph ave.

Its a beautiful clear (little windy) evening here in Allentown.

Time for a beer. Hmmm… Beer!

Horse and Buggies – 40 Mile Ride

Great 40+ mile ride w/ Di this morning, 16.2 mph average.

We must have seen 15+ horse and buggies this morning… Mennonites in our area headed to church.

Funny… saw two young girls in a buggy coming around a corner, and they were going so fast thier buggy was sliding around the corner. They had a bike rack on the back of the buggy with a bike on it…

Kids will be kids.
